Wichita, Kansas. Campbell Castle, designed by Boston architect Alfred Gould in 1888, is listed on local, state, and national landmark registries. The 13-bedroom limestone home has 16 bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, a turret room, German stained glass, and ornate wainscoting and millwork. The castle and a four-bedroom carriage house lie along a bank of the Little Arkansas River.
