The average United States millionaire is 62 years old.

 Just 1% of millionaires are under the age of 35, and 38% of millionaires are 65 and older. 

West Coast millionaires skew slightly older.

The Millionaire Diet

When it comes to weight and obesity and the health issues that are the result of high cholesterol and high fat deposits.

Most people are overweight due to overeating about 60% of people.

What is the Millionaire Diet?

The Millionaire Diet is very similar to the slim fast diet.

The only difference of course is you don’t have to buy Slim Fast products.

Basically you only eat one meal a day at dinner time.

For Breakfast and Lunch you can eat a Smoothie, Salad, Muffin, about 3 ounces of mixed nuts, fruit or mixed vegetables and more..

Here is an example of a Millionaire Diet Meal plan:

The 1.5 Rule

What is the 1.5 Rule ?

The 1.5 Rule states that your Home purchase should not go over 1.5 Times your yearly salary.

I created this idea to help people with affordability questions.


Because alot of times people end up being what is called house poor?

Meaning they are spending over 50% of their income on their housing costs.



For example

If you are single and make $50k 

$50,000 X 1.5 = $75,000

You Can afford a house that is $75k

Loan amount $75k 

Down Payment 3% $2,250

Total Loan $72,750 at 3.5% = a monthly payment of $326.68 a month 

Ideally you can search for houses that are higher than $75k up to $100k if you're in a buyers market and come down to that $75k price or even lower if you can

As a Novice mechanic and car Enthusiast I have made and easy way to determine the value of a car and how good it is and  will help you determine whether you should purchase your next car or truck.

Grade A Vehicle (Average Price $8,000+)

No Scratches, Dents or Imperfection, No Mechanical Deficiencies Good Tire Tread  

Repair costs $0

(No operational issues)

Grade B Vehicle (Average Price $6,000+)

Limited Scratches, Dents or imperfections, limited Mechanical Deficiencies Tire Tread has some wear

 Repair costs $500+

(Car has limited operational issues but are Not Major)

Grade C Vehicle (Average Price $3,000+)

Some Scratches, Dents or imperfections, Some Mechanical Deficiencies Tire Tread has heavy wear 

Repair costs $1,000+

(Car is operational there might be some concern while driving although, there is no major mechanical issues such as Transmission or engine issues and bad steering parts that need repair Check Engine Light is on)

Grade D Vehicle (Average Price $1,000+)

A lot of Scratches, Dents or imperfections, a lot of Mechanical Deficiencies Tire Tread Is very low.

(Car is still operational but should take extreme caution when driving as there may be engine and transmission and bad steering parts and Brake system issues that need repair Check Engine Light is on)

  

Repair costs $2,000+

Grade F Vehicle (Average Price $500+)

Major Scratches, Dents or imperfections, Major Mechanical Deficiencies Tire Tread Is very low.

(Car is not operational and should not be driven unless it is and emergency or you are driving directly to repair shop as there are major engine and transmission and bad steering parts and Brake system issues that need repair Check Engine Light is on)

 Repair costs $4,000+
