The Millionaire Diet

The Millionaire Diet is very similar to the slim fast diet.

The only difference of course is you don’t have to buy Slim Fast products.

Basically you only eat one meal a day at dinner time.

For Breakfast and Lunch you can eat a Smoothie, Salad, Muffin, about 3 ounces of mixed nuts, fruit or mixed vegetables and more..

How does it work?

You are eating less without actually starving yourself, with the Millionaire diet you are eating less than 75% -80% than what you normally eat.

So you are giving your digestive system and your organs a break from constantly being bombarded with food to process and breakdown.

You are still eating but you are eating light so your body can break the light meal supplements a lot easier and quicker.

So with this diet you should cut down your high cholesterol by over 50% and if you are diabetic this diet should improve your disease substantially, and you should also lose weight right way.

Tips and tricks

If you can take a 1 mile walk or jog your results will be very significant and your weight loss would be faster than normal.

A lot of people skip breakfast due to being in a rush or sleeping in or for whatever reason for this diet that would work out in your favor because you are giving your body a longer time to process and breakdown your last meal.

Drinks lots and lots of water!


Water hydrates and assist in the body’s natural metabolic process and it helps with any diet that reduces normal food consumption because drinking a lot of water tricks the body that it is full.
