The average United States millionaire is 62 years old.

 Just 1% of millionaires are under the age of 35, and 38% of millionaires are 65 and older. 

West Coast millionaires skew slightly older.

The Millionaire Diet


When it comes to weight and obesity and the health issues that are the result of high cholesterol and high fat deposits.

What is the Millionaire Diet?

The Millionaire Diet is very similar to the slim fast diet.

The only difference of course is you don’t have to buy Slim Fast products.

Basically you only eat one meal a day at dinner time.

For Breakfast and Lunch you can eat a Smoothie, Salad, Muffin, about 3 ounces of mixed nuts, fruit or mixed vegetables and more..
