The Millionaire Diet is very similar to the slim fast diet.
The only difference of course is you don’t have to buy Slim
Fast products.
Basically you only eat one meal a day at dinner time.
For Breakfast and Lunch you can eat a Smoothie, Salad,
Muffin, about 3 ounces of mixed nuts, fruit or mixed vegetables and more..
